Letter from the PPG 20th July 2016 - URGENT MESSAGE FROM CROSSLEY STREET SURGERY – HELP US TO HELP YOU
Welcome to the Patient Participation Group web page. We plan on keeping you up to date with the work of the group through this web page and a newsletter. If you are interested in joining the group, would like to contribute any ideas, or have any other queries you would like to contact the group about, please send us a message by clicking here.
About the Patient Participation Group
Crossley Street Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a new partnership between patients of Crossley Street Surgery and the doctors, medical workers and administrative staff who look after our wellbeing. The aim of this group is to encourage a positive working relationship between patients and surgery staff.
We will act as a link between the practice and our patients to ensure best use of facilities, and the organisation of policies which reflects our patients’ views. For examples of the work to which we contribute, please see the latest 2014 Survey Results and 2014/15 Report and Action Plan
In addition, the practice has produced a Patients' Charter, which sets out the rights of our patients and their corresponding responsibilities. You can view and print out a copy of the practice Patients' Charter by clicking here
We cannot take up any personal complaints / issues, but would like to hear from any patients who have views or ideas on any areas we might be able to tackle, or any topic they might like to learn more about.
In view of the current demands and restrictions at the surgery due to Coronavirus, we are now meeting via Zoom and the next meeting will be held on Thursday 26th November at 4.00 pm
We wish all patients and staff our best wishes and send all those working at our surgery our grateful thanks for their efforts to help keep us all safe and well.
