We’re on the lookout for a Patient Services & Data Administrator to join our warm, dedicated team here at Crossley Street Surgery – a well-established, forward-thinking GP practice in the heart of Wetherby.

💻 What will you be doing?
You’ll be at the centre of our patient services – answering calls, managing appointments, triaging incoming patient queries via AccuRx, updating records, supporting our clinical team, helping new patients register, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

✨ This isn’t your typical reception job.
This is an exciting hybrid role that blends patient-facing interaction with meaningful, data-driven administrative work. One moment you might be supporting someone on the phone or helping them access our online services, and the next you’re coding clinical data or assisting with the incoming triage requests. It’s a varied, rewarding role where no two days are the same.
