New Computer System
We would like to make you aware that we will be changing our computer system during the week Thursday 23rd September to Thursday 30th September. During this time we would kindly request that you do not ask for repeat prescriptions wherever possible. We can give you a prescription in advance if you would need one during this period. Please ask our receptionists for further advice.

Patient Notice:
We are getting an increasing number of
requests from patients asking for “urgent” prescriptions to be issued
and signed the same day. This is putting an added strain on an already
overstretched system.
In the interests of patient safety, it is imperative that you allow at
least 48 hours between ordering and collecting your prescriptions.
Please Note: This form is sent to us via
computers that do not belong to the NHS in a non-encrypted format.
Complete confidentiality for this type of repeat prescription request can
not be guaranteed. If you have an issue with this please feel free to use
our normal repeat prescription service.
