If this is out of hours, you will be diverted directly through to the West Yorkshire Urgent Care Centre. Your phone call will be answered by a trained receptionist and you will be offered telephone advice (from a doctor), a consultation at an emergency care centre of your choice, or a visit by a doctor. This will be decided according to medical need. Please ask to be seen at Harrogate District Hospital if you wish to be seen there.
