Crossley Street Surgery is a five-partner, two-salaried GP, semi-rural practice, set in the attractive market town of Wetherby. The practice has 11,000 patients housed in modern purpose-built premises with all the usual facilities for contemporary General Practice. There is a comprehensive Primary Health Care Team and also many other added facilities both NHS and private. There is also a Nurse Practitioner and a GP Retainer. NHS satellite clinics include Cardiology, Psychiatry, community link workers, Clinical Psychology and alcohol counsellors. The practice is a local provider for joint injections. Private on site facilities include Reflexology and Chiropody. These are all in addition to the regular disease management clinics and minor surgery.

The practice operates under a Personal Medical Services contract with Leeds Primary Care Trust.

The practice is fully computerised and paperlight accredited.
